THE PLAY OF THE WEEK
Recently I had the pleasure of hosting an amazing group of business leaders as part of my VIP leadership program. Now, these were not your average group of leaders, these were leaders playing at the highest level, leading companies with a long track record of growth. During one of the sessions, I asked them two questions that immediately got them thinking differently.
One of the owners turned to me and said: “You ask a ton of great questions, these two might be the best yet.”
GET OFF THE BENCH & INTO THE GAME
So what were the two questions?
1) What do you want your life and business to look like in 3 years? Paint a vivid picture.
2) What would have to be true for you and your company to complete your 3-year vision in 6 months?
Try asking these 2 gems at your next leadership meeting.
Pro tip: Give them 4 minutes to silently write down their answers to both questions before sharing.
