Spring has arrived!
And that means it’s time for some spring cleaning.
A time to clean the house, and to get your lawn and garden ready for the summer.
Maybe clean the BBQ and fire it up.
I always feel excited about spring, plus, it also means the hockey playoffs are not far off.
GET ON THE ICE
It’s also a great time to get some spring cleaning done at the office.
Here are a few questions to share at your leadership meeting this week:
- What are three things that we have always done here?
- Ask the question: “Does it serve our team, company, or client?”
- What if we stopped doing it?
Sometimes, we just do things because we have always done them, without questioning the “why” behind it.
Spring is a great time to clean out the old routines that no longer serve us.
