Most of us are consistently inconsistent. We get excited, start strong on Monday, then peter out by Tuesday.

Here’s what changed everything for me: Daily streaking.

It’s ridiculously simple. One-page tracker. A few routines. Check mark when I do it. X when I don’t.

The only rule: Don’t have two Xs in a row. Don’t lose two games in a row.

I started with three routines. Now I’m up to six. This simple system is the number one reason my health and business have improved dramatically.

Simple? Yes. Easy? No. Simple and easy are two different things.

GET ON THE ICE

Write down THREE daily routines (Monday-Friday):

  1. ONE for your physical/mental health – Be specific. Examples: 20-minute walk, water intake, meditation
  2. ONE to build your business – Example: Reach out to one person daily to say thank you
  3. ONE for relationships – Consistent small actions build strong relationships
