THE PLAY OF THE WEEK

Here’s what I see all the time in marketing: People push their thing or their product without talking about the actual problem they solve.

They look at it from their perspective, not their audience’s perspective.

Family business owners don’t wake up thinking, “I need a coach.”

But they DO wake up thinking:

  • “I’m tired of working every single day”
  • “The days are getting longer, not shorter”
  • “I need to build my team”
  • “I want to grow without burning out”

I solve those problems. Coaching is just the vehicle.

Stop pushing your product. Start solving your audience’s real problems.

GET ON THE ICE

Three questions to clarify your message and create new opportunities:

  1. What are you avoiding because it feels uncomfortable? What would change if you leaned into that discomfort for the next 90 days?
  2. What new audience or client would you love to serve that you’re not serving right now? What is one small action you could take today to move into action?
  3. Who is your audience and what is the BIGGEST problem you solve for them?

QUOTE OF THE WEEK

“The aim of marketing is to know and understand the customer so well the product or service fits him and sells itself.”
