THE PLAY OF THE WEEK

In a world full of noise, negativity, and excuses, the highest performers I know do something simple: they start and end each day with gratitude.

I see it all the time—some people join the “Ain’t It Awful Club,” complaining about everything.

But the leaders who grow, who build great teams and great businesses, focus on what’s working and what they’re grateful for.

GET ON THE ICE

Three steps to a complaint-free, gratitude-filled week:

  1. Start every day with gratitude. Write down three things you’re thankful for before you do anything else.
  2. Catch yourself complaining. When you notice it, pause. (Try the “complaint-free” bracelet trick: move it to the other wrist every time you catch yourself.)
  3. End every day with three wins. No matter how tough the day, write down three amazing things that happened.

QUOTE OF THE WEEK
